About Bryan Janseen

Real estate isn't just my career; it’s quite literally in my DNA. When I was just 7 years old, my father—a real estate developer who built over 5,000 homes—gifted me a 10% interest in an investment property. I’ve been thinking about real estate ever since. Today, my son has followed in his Grandpa's footsteps as a developer, making the Janseens a proud three-generation real estate family.

I bought my first property at 20 years old and officially entered the professional field in 1984 as an investor, focusing on fix-and-flips and building a robust rental portfolio. In 2016, my fascination with internet-driven sales inspired me to get licensed as a Real Estate Broker with Keller Williams. I was incredibly fortunate to be one of the first 10 agents to join Glenn Sanford’s team, who later founded eXp Realty.

The training I received there, particularly in internet sales, was instrumental in my early success. In my very first year as an agent, I became "Rookie of the Year" at KW North Seattle, ranking #4 out of 84 agents.

Over the course of hundreds of transactions, my primary focus has always been Single-Family Residential. However, my portfolio is diverse—I have sold multifamily units, commercial properties, apartment buildings, and even a church, completing projects across Washington, California, Colorado, and Hawaii.

I have a deep commitment to ongoing learning and mentoring. Throughout my career, I’ve taken a highly communicative and consultative approach to real estate sales, which translates perfectly into how I mentor agents and guide investors today.
