With more than 40 years in real estate, I've learned that success isn't about luck, it's about the proper mindset, consistent systems, and taking action every day.

 As a former Mike Ferry coach who worked directly with Mike Ferry, I had the privilege of coaching agents across North America to build productive, profitable businesses. The principles I learned and taught continue to shape my own business today.

I've also experienced what many agents fear most: starting over. After getting married, I moved to a completely new market where I knew no one except my husband and rebuilt my business from the ground up. That experience taught me that the right strategies work anywhere when you're willing to stay disciplined and committed.

Today, I lead Team Bernstein alongside my husband, and our daughter is an integral part of our business, leading our social media and marketing efforts. Working with family has taught us how to leverage each person's strengths, build trust, and create systems that allow both our business and our relationships to thrive.

One of my greatest passions is helping agents think beyond commissions. I believe real estate sales should be the vehicle that creates long-term wealth through investing. Throughout my career, I've invested in rental properties and believe every agent should have a plan to turn active income into lasting financial freedom.
