About Susan Christiano

Susan Christiano is the Broker/Owner of Elite Edge FL Realty, a real estate coach, former franchise owner, and industry leader with nearly 20 years of experience in the Florida real estate market.

Before earning her Florida real estate license in 2006, Susan built a strong foundation as a real estate paralegal in New Jersey, gaining extensive knowledge of contracts, title, closings, and the legal side of real estate transactions.

From 2008 to 2017, she built a successful career with RE/MAX before becoming the License Partner and Franchise Owner of Engel & Völkers Fort Myers, where she led brokerage operations, agent recruiting, coaching, compliance, business development, and strategic growth. In 2025, she founded Elite Edge FL Realty, a boutique brokerage focused on exceptional client service, innovation, and hands-on agent support.

Susan's experience spans residential, luxury, waterfront, commercial, investment, relocation, property management, and brokerage leadership. She is passionate about helping agents build successful businesses through practical coaching, accountability, strategic planning, and ethical leadership.

A dedicated advocate for the real estate profession, Susan has served on Realtor® association committees including the Global Business Council, Code of Ethics Committee, and Professional Standards Committee. She also served for nearly a decade as President of the Southwest Florida Harmony Chamber of Commerce, supporting business development and community leadership.

Susan holds the CIPS, AHWD, SFR, and ACP designations and is recognized for her collaborative leadership style, integrity, and commitment to developing confident, successful real estate professionals.
